Perhaps the most versatile utility helicopter in the world and certainly one of the most renown, Withrotor Aviation, Inc.'s Bell UH-1 "Huey" helicopters are no exception to the reputation. Hueys have been a pillar in the aviation community for half a century, having first entered service with the US Military in 1959. Today, the UH-1 serves as a multi-role helicopter not only in military applications but in law enforcement, emergency medical services, firefighting and general commercial aviation. The Huey's service longevity and popularity is undoubtedly due to it's unsurpassed capabilities in its weight class and operating expense.

For jobs that fall within the abilities of a medium lift helicopter, no helicopter consistently gets the job done like a Huey! Our UH-1s are equipped for external loads up to 4,000 pounds and firefighting, equipped much like our Sikorsky S-61, with either their belly-mounted Isolair Eliminator tanks or fire buckets.
